Q.What time can I drop my pet off?
A.For dogs, anytime between 8:30-3:30
For cats, anytime between 8:30-4:45

Q.What time can I collect my pet?
A.Anytime between 8:30-4:45

Q. What do I do on arrival?
A. Please ring the doorbell at the house and wait for a member of staff to arrive. We may have to secure a cat or dog before coming to greet you so please be patient.

Q.How/when do I pay?
A. Payment is due on collection and we take cash or card.

Q.What do I need to bring?
A.You MUST bring up to date proof of vaccinations (this includes kennel cough for dogs) each and every time your pet comes to stay. It will remain on site with your pet whilst here. You must provide your pet’s usual food. We have fridges and freezers on site for any fresh/frozen food. We will provide everything else unless you wish to bring anything from home to help your pet settle.

Q.What’s the best way to contact you?
A.Text message, FB message or email. I’m often in an area where you won’t be able to hear me if I answer the phone, or I’m dealing with a customer or I’m away from the diary so can’t answer availability enquiries. Send a message and I will get back to you asap.
